By filling out this questionnaire, you’ll help our team play matchmaker and pair you with a dog or cat who fits your life. Once matched, you’ll schedule a time to meet your match at the shelter, anytime between now and Valentine’s Day.

How It Works

Step 1: Fill out the questionnaire and pick a time for your blind date.
Tell us about your lifestyle, home, and what you’re looking for in a pet.

Step 2: We play matchmaker
Our team will review your answers and select animals that may be a great fit. We will select 2-3 animals for you to meet.

Step 3: Meet your match
Show up to the shelter at your prescheduled date, ready to meet your matches.

Step 4: Adoption!
If your blind date turns out to be a good fit, take them home for a $14 adoption fee.
