Sip & Save Lives is an evening reception dedicated to making second chances possible. All donations raised through the event support our Second Chance Medical Fund, providing homeless animals with urgent medical care, lifesaving surgeries, and ongoing treatment—so hundreds of pets each year can heal, thrive, and find the loving homes they deserve.
At Nassau Humane Society, we are dedicated to giving every unwanted pet a second chance at a loving home. Our mission is powered entirely by the compassion of our community—supporters, volunteers, donors, and adopters who help transform the lives of homeless pets.
We provide safe refuge, comprehensive medical care, and individualized attention to pets who have been abandoned, surrendered, or left without options. From urgent veterinary treatment to daily enrichment and behavioral support, we help each animal heal, trust again, and prepare for a lifetime as a cherished family member.
