Help the animals in our care by donating your time and loving home while they wait for their forever home. Fosters are crucial to our operations and help those animals that require special care have the time and space to heal or adjust outside of a shelter environment.
If you aren’t prepared to become a full-time owner, fostering is a great, temporary way to save an animal. You can give love and socialization to kittens and puppies that are too young to be adopted, or animals that need to recuperate in a home after surgery.
Fosters may foster anywhere from a few days to several months. NHS provides everything needed to successfully foster our animals, such as; cat litter, food, medications, dog beds, crates, and more.
